I recently had the professionals from Lansing Overhead door at my house when my garage door springs broke. They were kind and courteous on the phone as well as in person. They promptly scheduled my service and advised me of their recommendation. I never once felt that they were attempting to upsell me. The service tech was prompt and provided a phone call that he was on his way. I had a wonderful experience from start to finish with this company; I highly recommend them!

No need to call anyone else! I discovered a broken spring on my garage door two days ago. So I found five phone numbers. I was gonna call local companies in the area in Lansing, and the first one I called was Overhead Door just because I’ve heard their name mentioned a few times amongst people. I think I was on the phone three minutes and had an appointment with a tech set up for two days later. Josh was here and gone within an hour replaced two springs on my garage door $360 later I was all set. I don’t think I’ll need to call anybody else for any other issues ever. Thank you Overhead Door and thank you, Josh!!!
