The service person Conner, was very knowledgeable and explained what he would be doing after he operated the doors and saw what had to be done. (The one door was very nosey, the least used door was not). However he serviced both doors at no additional cost. After completion he had me operate the doors to make certain I was completely satisfied. A big plus for this company and Conner was his impeccable manners and respect towards this senior citizen. My husband just passed away and my garage door broke! ?? It was the first home repair cause panic moment I had. My husband had used Pioneer Door before so I knew they had our records. Nate came out and was amazing! He was so kind and not pushy. He helped me pick the perfect color! They told me it would be 4-6 weeks to install. It was 3 weeks! Pete came and helped with the installation and made sure all the details were perfect! Nate and Pete made a nervous moment for me, so much easier! Thanks guys! And…the door is GORGEOUS! I love it!

He also gave me his recommendation on what he thought needed to be done which I greatly appreciated. I took his feedback and had him come back the next day to install a new garage door opener for me. He was very nice and also very knowledgeable which helped me in making my decision. We called Pioneer Door on Friday afternoon to check our garage doors/openers because one was not working properly. We were given a time within a four hour window on Monday. Nate gave us a call when he was on his way. It took him little time to assess the problems, he provided us an estimate, and completed the work on the spot. We now have two smoothly running garage doors/openers, one with a brand new opener, both with new rollers, new wall switch, and three new remotes programmed for both doors. He showed us where to spray W-D 40 to keep the doors lubricated. We are pleased with the work. Nate was very professional, and we would highly recommend him and Pioneer Door.
