A few years ago I had this company install a garage door. It was cheap, I didn't love the work, Improperly sealed, cheap parts, but it worked fine. I got what I felt like I paid for which wasn't a lot. This week the bracket attaching the springs to the wall comes off, which is only because it was installed poorly, it should have never detached. This damages the door ( they installed) and multiple issues. I sent them and over pictures, because they only text and NEVER call, when I bring up that this should be covered they say this is past the 1 year warranty. This damage should have been avoided. If you want a cheaper price go for it, you'll get that. I highly suggest you find another company. Im paying for it today. , but I wont use them again.

Extra Note: A Person shouldn't have to threaten a bad review to get good service, so I didn't.

Flora even spent hours on the phone with Home Depot and the manufacturer on our behalf due to a faulty new motor. The issue was resolved and they returned a second time to finish the install. I’ve saved their number to use in the future. No reason to use anyone else.
