Elite Sylmar Doors & Gates

My garage door kept stopping and reversing every time I tried to close it using the opener. I called Elite Sylmar Doors & Gates, and the person who answered gave me some helpful tips to check and possibly fix the issue myself. After I tried those suggestions and the problem continued, I requested a technician come out. Cameron arrived the same morning, quickly realigned the tracks, and made a few other adjustments to get my garage door working smoothly again. I was really impressed with the fast response and great service.

Cameron, who originally set up my garage door opener, recently came by for routine maintenance. He replaced the back-up battery, took care of some small fixes on the door seal, and made sure everything was working smoothly. Cameron arrived right on time, acted very professionally, and explained what he was doing in a clear way. The whole process was quick and easy. I’m really satisfied with the service and definitely recommend this company to anyone needing garage door repairs, maintenance, or a new installation.

After moving into our new home, we’ve needed a few garage door repairs and upgrades. One time, we had a problem with the main garage door spring, and another time, we wanted to add a strut to help support our third car garage door. I called Elite Sylmar Doors & Gates both on a weekend and a weekday, and each time, they picked up quickly and were very helpful over the phone. We were scheduled right away, and Cameron and Malachi showed up right on time to handle the repairs. They explained everything clearly, were polite, and made sure the work was done perfectly the first time. The service and communication were excellent, and the price for both parts and labor was very reasonable.
