...so we finally tried that lock shop on the way home from getting lunch. Needed a spare key for the front door and the guy working there was just really patient and helpful when I couldn't figure out which blank I needed. He even showed me a few different kinds of key blanks and explained what the common ones were. I also grabbed a new deadbolt because ours was getting kinda sticky and it installs in five minutes. The price for everything was lower than I would have expected and it definitely was NOT one of those places marking things up double for no reason. Felt honest and straightforward which is RARE these days. Will absolutely go back the next time I break something.

Great service! The locksmith was on time and very efficient. It didn't take long for him to repair our broken lock. Our old keys still worked with it, and we're happy that we didn't have to spend much to get everything fixed.

Yesterday Leo the technician came to my house and installed a brand new lock on my backyard door. He was extremely professional and assisted with additional work I had. I would also like to praise Mark who helped answer all the questions I had over the phone. Thank you South Pasadena Lock for your profound service.
