Mark Hayes

Aladdin is very responsive, professional, and reliable. I have worked with Mahdi Amira from Aladdin Doors 3 times in the past 5 years. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and simply the best there is. I wouldn’t go with any other company for garage door service.

I'm a contractor and I needed some parts, called here, lady was very short with me and hung up on me. I hope you have better customer service for people that actually employ your services. Edit: after the owners supposed lookup in his call log, here are pictures of my call log calling your business. Short phone call wasn't it? Just tell the lady who answers the phone to tone it down.

Mahdi was on time, competent, clear, skilled. Completed the work timely. It was expensive but what isn’t these days. The only thing I didn’t like was the option at the end for a tip. It came as a surprise and because the work was good I felt obligated to tip.

Mahdi was wonderful! He explained everything to me. The door had been installed incorrectly by another company and he helped fix it!! It’s super important to me because I bought my house and car around my second job, pro canoe racing, and needed this garage to work properly. Thank you!
