Kevin came out and did an outstanding job in accessing our garage door repair needs. He took the time to explain and consult my wife and I on the various items we needed to get fixed with our 2 car garage. He brought a realm of reassurance to both of us as we had a previous estimate from another company that was over priced and they tried to have us replace everything. With Kevin and Superior Garage door, they did the job for the right price and we are very happy with the results!

Our spring broke in our garage over Christmas and they came Friday the 26th. Jeremy R was the one who serviced us.It’s only been a few days, but the garage is functional and has been repaired. He put in new springs and fixed something that was bending . To date his labor and quality work has been sufficient. There is a mini thump When the garage door opens or closes as the garage goes up and down. It looks like something with the chain. More to come if this is something that we need to be fixed and is new from the repair Or if it’s something else.From a service standpoint, Jeremy was rough around the edges. He arrived clearly, overworked, and frazzled. I received a call saying he wouldn’t make the one to three window Originally requested, and they politely asked if we could do later. They had said after three and I agreed. I have thought that meant between three and four but believe that men closer to 5 PM. Still he arrived and did the work. He very clearly did not want to be there It was exhausted.When my wife came home later and went to talk to him to understand the situation, he blew her off and kicked her out of the garage. Basically go away. I’m doing this. I’ll talk to you after. She told me the most he said was here’s what to due And when my wife asked him what was repaired, he said everything and then left.Quality of work is good so far. Customer service and friendliness poor
Bill was amazing, he communicated well and helped me understand what was wrong and needed to be replaced/fixed. Bill communicated well about his arrival and worked very quickly. The job was great and the pricing was fair. I was especially appreciative of their same-day service. Highly recommend will work with them again for other issues.
Chris was professional and finished withing the 2 hours he stated. I've asked them to come back and replace the springs! Looking forward to the great service a second time. He came back the next day as promised and installed springs. Threw in the roller wheels at no extra charge! I can barley hear the doors opening. Will use them again!
