This was my second time using Hickam from Premium Plus. Communication on phone or text is always. excellent . Had a programming problem with the opener that Hickam fixed promptly. Opener was still acting up so called Hickam to install a new Liftmaster unit. His pricing was reasonable and installation was done quickly. All old parts were taken out from my property. Gave me a tin of lubricant and showed me what areas need to be sprayed with the lubricant. If you need a new garage door, or repairs , or new opener call Hickam at Premium Plus for the best honest knowledgeable service , excellent pricing , and good quality products.
