Our arm needed to be replaced on our swing door gate and they did it same day. Ian was amazing. He spent a lot of time to make sure that the gate shut properly and he was very meticulous. Great service!

I had a tech come out to give me a quote for my garage door— he was awful. Rude and condescending. Listed all the repairs that needed to be done and when I asked why the other repair companies didn’t have as many fixes as him, he said it was because they were idiots and gave me a quote “based off a 5 years olds understanding of garages”.
I was at home alone with my two children and felt extremely uncomfortable and asked if I could pay over the phone and even told him he could wait in his truck while I call the office to pay (so he could get confirmation) and he said he refused to leave before he received payment in person. He followed me inside uninvited where my children were.
Do not recommend this company at all. This was an awful experience.
