The technician, John was great! He was there to change a broken spring, which he changed very quickly and neatly, he also inspected the opener belt and oiled the wheels in the door track. Thank you John and to DSC

Called to inquire about an estimate for a new door over the phone and the gentleman Luis who answered had a very condescending tone and attitude. Heavy sighing and exasperation with answering my questions. Definitely turned me off of wanting to go forward with this company.

We had a broken spring on our garage door. I called The door Company and was given an appointment for the same day with a two hour window, between 2 and 4. No one showed up. At 4:30, I called to see if they were going to show. There was no answer and no return call. The next day, a representative called and said our work order was still siting on their fax machine and had never been delivered. My wife told them we had already called another company and that we would no longer require their services. The representative simply hung up with no apology or further explanation. The other company we used, SCOTT'S GARAGE DOOR, WAS $85 cheaper than the quote from this outfit. He showed up early, was courteous, professional and finished the job in a timely manner.
