First off, I never write reviews, but I felt compelled to because of how awesome Always Open is. They did a complete install for me back in 2020 and did an incredible job. I get compliments about how quiet my garage door is! Then this week, we had a mishap when our car got into a fight with the garage door. I called Always Open and they were here the next day to repair the door and service the whole system. Great people running a great business!
Super disrespectful people. I tried to schedule and they told me to call someone else because I can’t get off work before 4. “Always open” more like not willing to accommodate and super rude over the phone.
I called A1 first and their customer service was great but their bid to fix my garage springs was astronomically high. Called these guys for a second opinion and they were easy to work with at less than half the price (I’m not exaggerating) for a high cycle count/quality replacement. Wow! Just wow! We called based in their google reviews and we are so happy we did! Their team came out in about an hour and just the nicest two technicians ever. They were near and so very pleasant to talk with. Honest, absolutely! They could easily have sold me a garage door because they knew I was stressed and ready to spend the money. That said, they explained there was no rush just budget for it next year and fixed it for under $200. I am so glad we found them and will use them for sure when we replace it in a year or so.Thank you for a great job!
We could not be more pleased with the experience we had replacing our garage doors with Always Open Garage Door company. We would give them more than 5 stars if we could. We had the pleasure of working with Zach through the whole project. He was very knowledgeable, professional, tidy and extremely hard working. The first time we met with him he came over at 7:30 PM after a full work day. He was so honest and informed us that he could repair the double door that I had backed into from inside the garage, even though two rollers were popped out of the track and the door itself was warped. When we decided that we would rather replace the doors we compared pricing between 4 companies and decided to work with Always Open. It was a great choice. Zach helped us pick quality doors that achieved our goals of increasing efficiency (by using insulated doors), and improving the curb appeal of our home. They doors are amazingly quiet and operate very smoothly. Because the doors are finished on both sides the inside of the garage stays cleaner. We have windows down the sides of the doors with obscured glass that allows for complete privacy but does allow light in which makes it possible to work in the garage without lights on during the day. The doors were a great investment. Working with Always Open was a pleasure. They delivered quality for a fair price. They also delivered an unusually high level of service in this day and age. We recommend that you use them for all your garage door needs. We are sure you will be as pleased as we were.
