My wife and I recently moved into a home in Scottsdale with a great 2 1/2 car attached garage, but it didn't have a garage door opener installed. There was also a support beam running across the top of the garage, right where the opener would normally go, which made things a bit tricky. I reached out to Best Scottsdale Doors & Gates, and Bennett came out to check things out. He took careful measurements and figured out a solution with just a few simple and affordable adjustments. A few days later, Bennett returned and installed the new garage door opener along with some upgraded rollers. Now the garage door opens and closes so smoothly and quietly—it's a huge improvement. I’m really impressed with the quality of the work and how easy the whole process was. Highly recommended for any garage door repair or installation needs!

i called early monday morning because my garage door wouldn’t open due to a broken torsion spring. colby and jaden showed up quickly, and had my garage door working smoothly again in no time. they were very friendly, explained everything clearly, and got started right away. besides replacing the spring, they also checked all the other parts, added lubrication where needed, and made sure the opener limits were set correctly. the service was fast and professional, and i’ll definitely use them again for any garage door repairs.

Colby, the technician who helped me, was friendly, professional, and really knew his stuff. He called before showing up, arrived right on time, and quickly figured out what was wrong with my garage door. It was great to see someone so efficient and courteous handle the repair. The work was done fast, and the garage door opener works perfectly now.
