Overhead Door Co

Exemplary customer service was provided through my experience with Overhead Door in St. Catharines. From first meeting with Brian Schmidt to responsive communication and updates to the installation team who were efficient, knowledgeable and incredibly personable. Brian impressed me immediately with his authenticity and transparency and this greatly mitigated what is often the daunting process of quoting. He made some recommendations with my best interest in mind. I had my door within two weeks. A very streamlined process with removal of old door, install of the new and reconnecting the door operating system. Brian went the extra mile to bring out new door remote openers and set them up for me. This is truly that rare "old fashioned", customer-centered approach. Cost? More than competitive than four other companies who quoted in the recent past. A stylish door with windows in a shade that beautifully complements my home. I thought I'd have to settle for a plain, standard door for costs but Overhead Door Co. made style and aesthetics possible. A total facelift to the front of the house! Thank you Brian and to Overhead!

I would like to give a shout out to overhead doors, Dan fixed our problem with our garage door by narrow it down, he tried disconnecting the switch on the wall and turned out that was the problem, Dan certainly knew what he was doing. Now our door works like it should again thanks to Overhead Door and Dan. Also for what I thought was a more than reasonable price, and believe me I checked the competition. So if you have a overhead door problem and want it fixed right for a very reasonable price call Overhead Door!
