I called over the weekend with a broken door and left a message. I was promptly called back Monday morning and I was scheduled for Tuesday (today) morning. Jason showed up on time with a polite phone call prior to let me know he was on his way. The door was fixed quickly in freezing temperatures. Couldn’t have been happier with the work from Jason. Quick, Professional & Courteous. Thank you.

Our experience with this company was excellent. We purchased our garage door through Lowe's, and two days after signing our contract, the company contacted us to keep us informed about the entire process. It was faster than estimated, the installation was quick, they left everything clean and tidy, and they took away my old door.

Don't waste your time like they did mine!

I Called WD in late May 2025 for a new lower panel for the one rotting out on my 9100 series door. The Sales Rep (Wayne Chillson) asked me to do his job and get my ladder out and give him the name plate information of the door instead of coming out to look at it, which I did.

He provided a quote and I asked him to come out to verify what he was quoting was accurate as I was not about to get caught in the "you gave me the wrong information" game. On June 6th, Wayne came out, verified the quote and I provided the deposit (50%!!!) and was told it would be about 5 to 6 weeks for delivery.

On July 29th (7 weeks) I get a call from the WD office saying the door is on back-order at the manufacturer and it won't be here until about September 22nd (10 more weeks of waiting).... "Nothing we can do about it" they said.

On October 16th, I called them back again. "It is scheduled to be delivered to us on 10/23. We'll call you the following week to schedule the install" they said.

On November 12th, I called them back (hadn't gotten a call from them yet - shocker!) and got... "Oh, you just missed Wayne.. let me look and see what your account says." Long pause them he tells me "we just got a big delivery in... let me go through it and see if it's there and I'll get back to you".... Let's see how long before I have to call them again.

From reading other reviews here... It won't help calling to speak the General Manager, because she doesn't take or return anyone's calls.

I get it's a lower model door, but I certainly didn't expect even WORSE customer service from what is supposed to be a quality company.

I had an issue with my garage door opener last Thursday. I called the office early in the morning and spoke with Nathan, explaining my garage door wouldn't close completely. Jason, the tech arrived within two hours to make the repair, and replaced the travel module. He took the time to explain what was replaced. I also received a back up call from Nathan to make sure everything was working properly. Thank you both Nathan and Jason for your prompt and courteous work.

I have a Wayne Dalton door.. perfect condition..... but had a new garage door opener added and weather stripping around the door installed. The salesman and the service technician were both professional, timely and knowledgeable. The price was extremely competitive and actually less than I had anticipated. This winter when my old garage door open gave me an issue, Wayne Dalton came to help within a few hours. Highly recommended!!

Frequently Asked Questions

They handle new garage door sales and installation, door and panel replacement, opener installation, and repair of springs, cables, rollers, and tracks. They also provide weatherstripping, adjustments, maintenance, and parts.

Reviews suggest many repairs are scheduled within a short timeframe, sometimes the next business day. Actual availability varies by season and workload, so calling the office is the best way to confirm.

Customer feedback indicates that old doors are taken away during replacement jobs. Confirm haul-away and any related fees when you receive your estimate.

Technicians can diagnose common opener issues and may replace parts like modules, sensors, or drive components. If the unit is outdated or repair costs are high, they can discuss replacement options.

Having the door brand, approximate size, and any model information or photos of the problem can speed up quoting and scheduling. Describe symptoms such as noise, incomplete closing, or broken springs.
