Our garage door was stopping part way down & was not working properly. We called Premier Garage Door for an estimate. I gave the company my address & phone number, the standard info. The Technician calls me on the day of the scheduled appointment saying he's been knocking on the door with no answer. It turns out he was at the wrong address. Not a problem, I verified the address & he was on his way to meet us again. Unfortunately, my wife had to go across the street & tell him where we live. Again, no big deal. The Technician finally makes it to our house & goes to the garage. He takes one look at our garage door openers & proclaims that to be the cause of all our problems. He measures the door height & says that they will call to set something up. We inquired about the price of a new opener & he says that he forgot his price sheet. And that was it, the Technician leaves. Based off of that interaction we were a little disgruntled with the Premier Garage Door service so far.Within a week we received a bill for $98 for a diagnostic service visit. I had a problem with that since the Technician didn't do anything other than measure a door. I called Premier to discuss this bill with them & talked with a woman whose name I did not get. After 5 minutes of explaining my side of the issue the woman finally said that she will waive the fee but, "don't ever call us again." I said that was fine and that I don't plan to. The woman finally said, "GOOD", & then hung up on me.This is the worst customer service I've had in a long time & would not recommend this companies services to my worst enemy.
My husband called in at 7:30am and by 9am the guy was here working on our garage (unfortunately I didn't catch his name!). Super nice guy and explained the issue. Within an hour our garage door was working again. The price for the repair seemed pretty reasonable. I would absolutely do business again with this company. Highly recommend!
Called on a Monday at lunch-time and they were able to come out next morning at 8:30. New Liftmaster opener installed (replaced old one). They were very nice, neat, on-time and cordial. Took them just under 1.5hr. This is the 2nd time I've used this company and both projects went excellent. Will have them back for another upgrade later this summer.
