DO NOT. I REPEAT DO NOT use this company. I waited to write this review until I got a second opinion.

Garage door broken as pictured, they came out and reviewed the issue. RED FLAG # 1: Tech told me that I’d need a new door and have a few extra issues fixed. seriously? For a broken support? REDFLAG #2: then technician said $480 dollars to fix broken support issue right now. I was like what?! I’m not a garage door professional. But for this issue? That is not a $480 job. I said no. Just put my garage door as it was REDFLAG #3: the springs were untensioned/cables were either cut or uninstalled, and they tech said “I basically can’t put it back the way it was.”okay then why uninstall it in the first place? The quote could have been done by looking at the problem and quoting as is. There was no need to untension the springs or cut cables. I did not agree to that or was even asked.

With the same images I attached, I was able to get a quote from someone else on the repair for $180 dollars. And that’s for a new stronger support and door tune up/spring tightening.

Always get a second opinion. But I wouldn’t trust this company, or their fake reviews, that are obviously their own.

UPDATE: Company reached out to me and tried to resolve the issue by providing a better price than second quote I received from the new company.

I appreciated their attempt to fix/resolve the problem And owner was very apologetic about what happened. Unfortunately, since many people use these reviews to vet out businesses I think the first impression was also something that I needed to keep and make people aware of. And hoping that these reviews are also a learning opportunity for businesses themselves.
