Quick response and repair. Cost too expensive
They charge a minimum of $75 just to show up. I had one broken spring. Technician came in and told me that “I need a complete door refresh“ wanted to charge $1500. I asked for just the cost of two new springs (they should be replaced in pairs). Was told it would be $900. Paid the $75 and sent him on his way. Called another company. They did the job for $250 for both springs with a three-year guarantee. I absolutely despise upsell. Fortunately, I’ve done many of my own home repairs and so I could spot the scam. I would avoid precision garage doors at all costs. The reason they advertise so much on TV is because they make so much money on up selling.
