We had someone from a different company come give us a quote, and they said we needed at least $2000 worth of work on our door, or a new door which they quoted at $4800-5000. I was skeptical, so I contacted C&D. They gave me a quote for a new door which was about half what the other company quoted. And then when they came out, they said actually we really just need a thorough tune-up. Very honest company, incredibly prompt communicators. We're looking forward to working with them for the tune-up and when we do need a new door, we'll definitely call C&D! (We've also been recommending them to our family and friends!).
When I first called they took the time to easily explain how I could trick the door to close. Today the team arrived for the scheduled appointment after contacting me to let me know they were on their way. They went right to work and repaired the side of the door that was out of alignment and oiled and serviced both doors. They were well trained, efficient, clean and professional and I recommend this locally owned company.
Highly satisfied with our garage door repair! One of the springs broke on our garage door and C&D was able to schedule us within 2 days to get it repaired. It took about an hour for the technician to replace both of the springs and he even went above and beyond to grease the tracks and make sure the seals and everything were in proper order. They had the best price of all the companies we called and we could not be more pleased with their service! We will be recommending C&D Garage Doors to everyone we know.
Isaac was my technician and did a great job and was super nice. My garage door has never been more quiet! This guy was a visitor over the weekend and he was not harmed in the removal, but door sensors apparently were! Thanks for the quick response and repair, Isaac and C and D!
