We had a non-straightforward case of needing to re-adjust our garage door after concrete re-pouring. The first person didn't quite finish the job to our satisfaction (uneven concrete made that hard).We then reached out to the owner and from the way he communicated, he obviously cared about the job being done well. He reassured us that if we weren't happy with the result, we would get our money back.He then sent another worker (more senior, we're assuming) who did quite a bit more work and used more materials, essentially redoing the original job. The door looked good and the result was as good as it can be in our specific case and the worker explained it all very well. Despite those additional materials, we weren't charged more money.The bottom line is that they did a thorough job to make sure we were happy with the result and treated us fairly when it came to renumeration. Not all service providers are straightforward in that way.
Excellent service!! My garage door springs broke and they were able to come out same day for an estimate and were able to replace the springs on spot. It was really easy and quick. The price was good as well. Highly recommend! Thanks again
I had a broken spring that needed to be replaced on a double door. They were quick to respond and quote and install the replacement springs. We've had issues with the door raising slowly and I finally had another company come out and look at the door. They said that the springs that had been installed were 2 sizes too small for the door and were putting too much strain on the motor. I had them replace the ones that Garage Door Repair and Rescue had installed and I the garage door opening speed was back to where it used to be and I could again also raise the door by hand. Definitely would not recommend Garage Door Repair and Rescue.

Amazing service! The technician came out same day I called and fixed my garage door springs and opener right there on the spot. He was in and out and honestly the price wasn’t as bad as I thought it was going to be, they were also one of the cheaper quotes I had received.
