When I called to make an appointment for them to repair my garage door opener, the staff member on the phone was courteous and helpful, and seemed genuinely interested in resolving the issue quickly. Prior to Mike arriving, Mike himself was well-mannered, friendly, and highly efficient. He kept me informed throughout the process and explained everything in detail. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience!
