Precision Garage Door Service - We called because the spring on our garage door broke 1/2 way up when we were opening the door. Our cars were still inside of the garage. Fortunately, we got an appointment from Precision for the same day. Ryan, the tech assigned to our call was very professional and courteous. He arrived during the time quoted to us supplying updates before he got to our home. He thoroughly explained all our options available to us. After installation was completed, he explained and showed how everything worked. When all was said and done, we were amazed how quiet it operated. We absolutely would recommend them…
Juan and Toby showed up at the agreed upon time, and I was offered 3 levels of quoted repairs, all very reasonable. I had them replace all of the hardware and springs, cables, etc., for a very good price. They had all of the necessary hardware, and completed the job in a little over a. Hour. I’m very satisfied with their work, and the quality of the components, plus a 5 year warranty! I would recommend Precision without hesitation. This is the second time I have used their services; the first was for a different location, and the quality and efficiency is why I called them this time.
Sunny was very professional and on time. He explained everything and he did some troubleshooting and explain the problem and what needed to be done to fix it. At the end of the install, he addressed all the problems, and I was very pleased with the results. I would hardly recommend them in the future, and he also offered me some advice on a future Issue that I might have and can address at any time. And explain to me how to use all the new devices, including the Bluetooth portion of the install. Very pleased with him in the company.
I called precision garage door this morning as a result of a long-term problem with my garage door opener, losing its programming. The opener is 25 years old, so it was due for a change. The technician, Carlos, explained everything to me and give me some options, and my decision was to go with the latest and greatest LiftMaster door opener. He installed it and figure it out all the technical adjustments and programmed My phone and my vehicle to the opener. A very neat and efficient job.
