You know you've got problems when your garage door opener is not working and that's the only way you know how to get in your house. So I called Anchor and they promptly sent Dan out. Not only did he quickly fix the problem he explained every step in the process of repair. Dan is a valuable employee and Anchor is a good choice.
Called Anchor Doors & Service to repair a broken spring on our garage door and they came the next day. They fixed the problem rather quickly and the technicians were very polite and friendly. Our garage door spring broke late at night and my husband called first thing in the morning to request service . Chris and Lloyd came to replace it sooner than we anticipated ,which was great. They were super friendly and professional and within an hour the garage door was working perfectly! Will definitely refer Anchor to anyone who needs service as they were top notch !
Our garage door motor failed just after we parked the car yesterday late afternoon. Sigh. Things always seem to happen after working hours! However, the answering service an Anchor Doors (we are returning customers) was efficient, professional and helpful. We arranged for a call out the next day (today).At 7:58am (gulp, early for us!!) Melissa called to schedule the service call. Took the necessary information and said Dan would be out late morning, he would phone before he arrived.Dan did call and arrived as promised. He confirmed that the motor gearing was kaput. Since it was 20 years old we decided to upgrade to a new motor. Dan provided a cost estimate which included installation and tax and indeed this was the final charge.He returned a couple of hours later with new motor, new chain and rail (a much better, one-piece hardened steel, design than the old one), and by 4pm we were up and running with a "Smart" garage door opener. He explained everything, reprogrammed our "old" garage remotes which (joy of joys) worked with the new motor, and helped me install the app and test everything on my cell phone.I really felt that the cost was entirely justified both by what was installed, the technical work done, and the time Dan took to help me with the added smart tasks which he could just have left me to work out on my own. I don't often feel that to be the case these days.I have no hesitation in recommending Anchor Doors to you.Thanks for a great job done.
After a lengthy(and exhausting) search for a local dealer for Pentagon Shutters, I was finally put in touch with Anchor Doors. I emailed asking for a quote and was promptly replied to by Tracey. After exchanging a few details I received a quote with a delivery of 2 weeks plus time to schedule installation. Two weeks later to the day Tracey called me to say the door was in and installation was scheduled for four days later. Dylan and Will were the guys selected to do the installation and they did a fantastic job! They were professional, knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. The screen they installed is perfect and we couldn't be happier. I definitely recommend Anchor Doors and certainly the Pentagon Shutters product.
