After getting a no show from Anchor Doors who did the original installation i called Dor Co. They fixed my service problem same day and very pleased with the work that was performed. The technician was Cory who did a fantastic job replacing all four cables on the two garage doors which started to show wear. He was very polite well educated and explained to me everything he did with tips to maintain both doors. He also checked the work he performed by running the doors a few times, making sure everything was in proper working order. Also lubricated all the rollers and hinges which there are many. Dor Co will be my only call going forward for any problems the may occur and i will request Cory, because he did a fantastic job. Thinking Dor Co has top technicians overall and runs a very efficient business. Huge thanks !
Only company i call. Very professional and knowledgeable with competitive rates. One of their technician Jeff just fixed our spring on the garage door, heck of a technician and very knowledgeable, thanks again Jeff! Customer Service was like always, very polite and helpful. Called them at 9am, door was fixed by noon. 5 stars all around for Dor-Co.
Hired DOR-CO to fix my garage a few days ago. I got an appointment quickly and the customer service was great. The woman that does the bookings is phenomenal. The gentleman that fixed the garage door was really knowledgeable, kind and very personable. I highly recommend this company.
Dor-Co did an amazing job replacing the lift mechanism for my garage door. They arrived promptly and the work was completed within the hour. The tech explained how the new system worked and answered all of my questions. Clean up was amazing. Would highly recommend this company for all your garage door needs.
