Nestled in the mountains near Milam, WV, this stunning modern A-frame cabin delivers panoramic, jaw-dropping views of the surrounding peaks from nearly every window, especially breathtaking from the living room and upper-level balcony. The property is brand new, impeccably clean, and incredibly spacious, comfortably accommodating our group of nine without anyone feeling crowded. The build quality is outstanding, I had the chance to see the construction progress a few times, and I was genuinely impressed by the high-end materials, thoughtful engineering, and cutting-edge technology that went into it. It shows in every detail. Highlights include: • A fully equipped gourmet kitchen with new stainless-steel appliances • Massive TVs and cozy, comfortable bedrooms • Reliable Starlink internet (a huge plus for staying connected) • A spacious gated parking lot for peace of mind • And of course, the incredible private hot tub, even in chilly November, soaking in the bubbling warmth while gazing at the misty mountains was pure magic and forced us all to finally slow down and recharge. We filled our days with hiking the nearby trails, barbecuing on the deck, playing the board games and other activities provided, and simply soaking in the serenity. Six days flew by far too quickly, fnone of us wanted to leave! We felt completely safe, secure, and pampered the entire time. A huge thank you and kudos to Tony and the entire Blue Maple team. Their communication was outstanding from booking to check-out, they were incredibly friendly and responsive, and the support they provided made everything seamless. They clearly pour heart into these properties. If you’re feeling overloaded by life and craving a peaceful reset surrounded by nature’s beauty, The Overlook at Grey Squirrel is the perfect spot. We worked with A&G Builders on a new home construction at Lake Anna. We are the delighted owners of a beautiful house built by A&G Builders in Arlington. We bought this gorgeous house in literally 15 minutes. Yes, we were in a rush. We didn’t have the luxury to build a house to our exact specifications. We needed a home right away and were lucky to find this one. But if we could have designed our dream home, it’d look precisely like this. A&G Builders delivered an incredible property to us. Top notch materials, imaginative design, tasteful architecture. No corner has been cut—top quality and quiet luxury abound. Glorious tile work, beautiful floors, top-of-the-line appliances. Everything in its place and a place for everything. Truly a dream house which has it all. Lots of light, tons of big windows—we were actually kidding Amer asking if there was a 50-off sale on windows high ceiling, open flow, luxury fixtures—elegant, not ostentatious. It couldn’t have been any more perfect if we had them build it from scratch just for us! While most builders walk away after they hand you the keys, Amer and his team became friends. They take real pride in their work and stand behind it without a question. They fixed minor issues promptly and professionally. It’s been three years since we moved in and they’re still just a phone call away. We couldn’t be happier with A&G and recommend them wholeheartedly. Build or buy your dream home from A&G. We bought a house from A&G in Arlington in 2012 and could be happier. The build quality is outstanding, the use of space is super efficient (a deceptively large number of square feet for the footprint), and most importantly, Amer (owner/builder) has been great. 13 years after we bought the house he is still super response and willing to help us out. For example, he refinished our front door and replaced a few windows that seals went bad for after about 11 years. We recently had a guy out here for routine pest control services (bees, etc), and he said we have the best constructed attic he’s ever seen in VA. It’s been the perfect house to raise our kids in and we feel super lucky we found it. We’ll probably never move but if we did we’d have A&G build our next house in a heartbeat!
