We engaged Cindy’s Curtis Ventures to do an exterior refresh of our 16-year old house—replacing railings, painting/caulking, and building a rooflet over a side stair landing. Cindy is a terrific project manager and communicator, and she and each of the service providers, including a carpenter, painter, and roofer, did great work at a reasonable cost. Cindy communicated how we preferred, via text, and was extremely responsive. She coordinated the various service providers and was on site to supervise and coordinate. One problem had been confounding us, which was water damage to the interior and we couldn’t identify the cause. Cindy did a great job investigating and helping us to reconfigure gutters, build a small rooflet over a stair landing and making the related repairs. We were very happy with the work and I highly recommend Cindy and Curtis Ventures.
