My experience with Brown Haven Homes has been exceptional. The first day meeting with Jocelyn, who is very kind and easy to talk with while discussing my particular budget and location. She had great suggestion and even came out to the location I had selected to confirm the fit. Next was spending an entire day with Angelica who goes out of way to get a grasp of your style and expectations in a home. She also has exceptional design experience. and wonderful ideas. Together we worked with all aspects of my home making so many decisions with the help of her design knowledge I expect to fall in love with my new home when completed late spring. Thru the entire building process Ive worked with still another outstanding employee Chris Kane, my project manager who keeps me up to date with pictures and answers my questions almost immediately when I text or call him. I believe Brown Haven is very fortunate to have these wonderful employees. I am so excited to see my finished home soon. Thank you Brown Haven Homes Asheville.

We are in the process of having Brown Haven build our dream home out at Lake Lure!! Major shout to Angelica. She has been so patient and awesome with helping select ALL the things for the home. We never could have figured out all of those small details without her assistance! Umm and can we also talk about how she managed to make one of my biggest dreams come true -- a hidden door for my office that looks like a bookshelf. I can't wait to see the home finished in a few months.

I had a wonderful experience with everyone at Brown Haven Homes, but I especially want to highlight my design session with Angelica Ernst in the Asheville Design Studio. Angelica’s expertise and knowledge made the entire process of selecting materials for my new home smooth, organized, and genuinely enjoyable. We have been so pleased with our experience with Brown Haven Homes! The entire preconstruction process has been straightforward and stress-free—from selecting the perfect floor plan to designing every detail with Angelica. Brown Haven built our dream home on a mountainside in Asheville, NC. It was a challenging slope to build on, and although there were some difficulties early on, the team truly delivered an amazing home and were excellent to work with throughout the process. I can’t say enough great things about Chris Kane, our construction leader. He stepped up during challenging times and completely turned things around for us. His communication was thorough, and he went above and beyond to ensure the project ran smoothly from start to finish. Chris Matthews, head coach, was also an outstanding leader—especially when it came time to make adjustments and ensure we received the home we envisioned. Mark Clore traveled from Tennessee to work with the Asheville team and made sure we received exactly what was promised. His dedication to the Brown Haven Price Promise—which initially drew us to the company—was unwavering. That commitment, along with their focus on quality, makes Brown Haven an exceptional builder. Even our friends and family commented on the craftsmanship, saying the foundation and framing looked like they could withstand a hurricane! Brown Haven’s quality truly shows through, not just in the beautiful finishes, but in what’s behind the walls as well. I also want to thank the incredible staff at the Asheville office. Teri Moser, the office leader, keeps everything running seamlessly—she’s exceptionally good at what she does. And Angelica Ernst, the design specialist, brought our ideas to life with her amazing eye for detail. From color selections to outlet placements, she thought of everything—even small touches to accommodate our two fur babies! Overall, Brown Haven Homes delivered a beautifully built, high-quality home that fully lived up to their quality and price guarantee. We’d do it all over again—but thankfully, we don’t have to, because we now have our forever home
