Nice designs but the material of these houses are not it. Walls are so thin you can hear everything from outside. The walls have two different types of paint, outside as well. Walls are so fragile as well, if you touch it a bit too hard you make a dent.
I went to look at homes in this new home sales office, the sales agent was very friendly and helpful, and explained mortgage payments, and the included features on this brand new home. I don't have a down payment, they told me about a program with no down payment and they pay the closing costs, so it looks like I'm gonna buy house.
