Everyone knows the most stressful thing anyone can go through is buying a home. My husband and I were first time home buyers and we were nervous on who we can trust with such a big investment. The best decision we could have made was coming to Homes Direct and having Alicia guide us through out the whole process. She took the time to build a trusting relationship with us and she didn’t make us feel like it was just a business transaction. Thank you for all your support it means the world to us. If you’re looking to buy a home Alicia should be your first choice.

What can I say about Alicia that hasn’t been said a hundred times. Alicia is amazing at her job. She can tell you everything you need to know about purchasing one of their homes. I bought my home through homes direct, during this time they got new management. I felt with Kristie Fitzpatrick and she is absolutely amazing. Her customer service is exceptional. Any issues I had she was on top of to get them resolved. I recommend homes direct, especially since kristi made it pleasant and got things done

Homes direct did a fine job in our house process but under NO circumstances have DESERT SKY be your contractor if you choose to purchase a house from homes direct. After our house is completely falling apart from poor workmanship from the entire crew we are forced to have champion homes come fixed their multiple mistakes. Stay as far away from this contractor as possible they will finish 90% of the work then never show up for the final things needed. They ran over our $11,000 new septic with a cement truck (pictures of truck on it) and still deny saying they didn't do it. They forced us to finished multiple thing ourselves and continued to charge us for the work WE did!! They double charged $3000 from my family and I and later said they would make it right and do you think they did? No, they just ignore us and pretend like it never happened. Warning any first time home buyers to stay as absolute far away from this contractor. After 2 1/2 years we are now finally in our unlevel, drywall cracked, floor crack, window corners cracked, house. Shame of you desert sky for running a first time home buyers experience and not standing behind your poor work and thank you champion homes for stepping up the plate and correcting alot of desert sky's mistakes along the way in this extremely long process.
