My wife and I couldn't be happier to live in Tyler Ranch. The home we bought is beautiful with a gourmet kitchen, an office for my wife who works from home, a spacious primary bedroom and bathroom, as well as two guest bedrooms. The house is perfect for our lifestyle, which is low key, and stress free. Thank you to Cody, Victor and our real estate agents who made this home buying experience amazing.
I brought a client in to tour this community. Cody was super helpful and professional. My buyer had a lot of detailed questions that Cody handled amazingly well. I was very impressed with the product and buyer focused service we received. We will be back!!
Bait and Switch Tactics After ClosingIf I could give this community zero stars, I would. We purchased our home here expecting a fair experience, but what we got was a slap in the face after closing. Not even a month later, the builder decided to offer free window treatments to new buyers — something we had to pay thousands for out-of-pocket.It’s insulting and completely unfair to the residents who committed early and helped build this community from the ground up. When we reached out to the sales office, they basically shrugged and said, “too bad, you already closed.”So if you like watching your neighbors get better deals for the exact same product just because they moved in a few weeks later, this is the place for you. Otherwise, stay far away from this greedy, short-sighted builder who clearly doesn’t value loyalty or early investment.
Be very aware with CODY DUNCAN in this office. He PROMISED us if we didn't end up purchasing the home he will refund us back our deposit & HE DIDNT. He later changed his story and told us the deposit is not refunded. Total liar & scammers. Be aware when putting down a deposit to hold for a home!! Very unprofessional. Btw the interest for these homes are way too high compared to others.
