Bait and Switch Tactics After Closing

If I could give this community zero stars, I would. We purchased our home here expecting a fair experience, but what we got was a slap in the face after closing. Not even a month later, the builder decided to offer free window treatments to new buyers — something we had to pay thousands for out-of-pocket.

It’s insulting and completely unfair to the residents who committed early and helped build this community from the ground up. When we reached out to the sales office, they basically shrugged and said, “too bad, you already closed.”

So if you like watching your neighbors get better deals for the exact same product just because they moved in a few weeks later, this is the place for you. Otherwise, stay far away from this greedy, short-sighted builder who clearly doesn’t value loyalty or early investment.

Btw the interest for these homes are way too high compared to others.
