Recent feedback shows a mix of experiences. Positive reviews mention smooth communication, organized walkthroughs, and timely follow-up on smaller items. Critical reviews cite concerns about workmanship details, responsiveness on warranty issues, and perceived value or pricing in certain communities. Overall ratings reflect varied outcomes depending on project and expectations.

We just hit our two year mark on our new build with Marrano, they pride themselves in quality work, but quality is the last word I would use to describe the work that was done at our house. Even after our settling list, we were given lots of pushback that fell on technicalities pretty much stating the work was done to acceptable means and wouldn’t be fixed. Example: builders had adhesive on their hands when they installed our garage window windows, adhesive will not come off, but because it’s only visible during colder months it falls within “acceptable means”. Many of our neighbors, experienced multiple issues and pushback as well. Disappointing for how much money is spent on these homes.

Woodland hills - Clarence - price gouging - homes start at $1.1 mill, stairs are too steep, no side walk, blacktop driveway, no cathedral ceiling in living room, low grade materials, high pressure sales, overall poor value, especially with 20k/year in taxes and HOA.

Marrano is not a good company to work with. They do not care other than to get their money. There were some good people we worked with directly who work for them, but most do not care, if they even bother to respond. I would never build with Marrano or recommend anyone I know or speak to to build with them. There were numerous issues, some addressed by trades, others have just ignored and not been addressed at all. You try to work the warranty team and get passed around after having to reach out multiple times. We have work that was pointed out within the first month of living in the house, we have now been there 1.5 years and nothing has been done, just keep getting ignored. I work in an industry and deal with close to 20 new home builders and we would never provide that kind of service.

Rob and Joanne Bond on MARRANO HOMES - Corporate Office

I recently moved in to a new Marrano home in West Seneca. This was a model home I purchased, not a new home built to my specifications. Despite not being able to pick my own paint colors, cabinets, etc., the house was finished in very modern colors and the kitchen details are timeless. I was given a very thorough walk through prior to moving in that included informative details concerning both the interior and exterior features. Any small issues that were noted during the walk through were addressed prior to moving in, which was only three days later. The staff at Marrano were all very pleasant to work with and they were in contact with me in less than 24 hours after moving in just to check up on things. I have known about the Marrano reputation for years and I finally got a chance to experience it. One of the best decisions I ever made.

If you are considering a new built home, we recommend Marrano Homes. Our whole process from the time we first sat down with the sales representative to the time we closed, plus any follow up work post closing went very smooth.

Great communication all around, the sales rep., design team, construction manager, and customer care team, kept us well informed on all issues, and responded quickly & efficiently. Also, any follow up work by the trade contractors was performed in a professional, timely, & courteous manner.

We love our new home, and cannot stress how well the whole experience was, nor the service.

Frequently Asked Questions

They develop new homes in planned communities and often provide semi-customization within established floor plans. Availability of models, spec homes, and lots can change by community and season.

Contact the corporate or community sales office to review locations, floor plans, and budget ranges. From there, you can schedule a consultation, see model homes, and discuss design options and timelines.

Within community guidelines, buyers typically select finishes and certain plan options. The extent of customization varies by plan, lot, and build stage, so early engagement offers more flexibility.

Post-close items are generally routed through customer care and relevant trade partners. Response times and scope depend on the issue and applicable builder guidelines.
