My experience from start to finish was seamless. Alex was awesome from the moment I stepped into the model until I closed a few weeks ago. Tracy at the design studio was a huge help and was very easy to work with. I absolutely LOVE my new Estridge home. Midland has amazing amenities to offer - I can't wait for the weather to get warmer so I can enjoy them.'The neighbors are incredibly warm and inclusive. I love my new home and neighborhood!
We absolutely love Estridge, and are blessed to have moved into a home at Midland! Madeline did a great job getting us information on the community and all the options we had when we first started looking - she’s the reason we’re here!Then, our Estridge Midland rep, Amy Lickliter, was super helpful and very patient. She answered all of our questions quickly (we had TONS of them, sorry Amy!) and was such a pleasure to work with. She made sure we knew she was a resource and was available for lots of phone calls, texts, and emails. She also helped us work through our decision making process (it happened super fast) to make sure we understood everything and to provide an outsider’s perspective without being sales-ey. Sure, her job is to sell homes, but that wasn’t what we felt like her goal was. From the start to closing, she was always more concerned with what was right for us and our situation, even if that meant not getting in at Midland. Incredibly consultative and helpful, without being pushy at all. Ask for Amy!!Though we didn’t end up in The Terraces, we also explored a bit with Alex on the new low/no-maintenance option Estridge has rolled out. Alex was super helpful as well, answering lots of questions and is very warm and friendly!From our first interest in Midland in March of 2023 to when we closed on our house late July of ‘24, everyone we met at Estridge was great - from the sales reps to the owners/upper management to the closing team to the builders responsible for building the home of our dreams. They’ve all been helpful, patient, kind, diligent, and most importantly, welcoming. I can’t recommend Estridge enough - come check out Midland! The neighbors have all been very kind and welcoming, and we’d love more fun neighbors!
We purchased a new home built by Estridge. I had heard nightmares about building a home by my friends and family, but our experience was not that at all. In fact, it was an exciting and delightful experience. Sarah, who sold us the home, also walked us through the whole process right up to the presentation holding our hand all the way. She always responded to our concerns promptly. There are many decisions to be made when building a new home, but the staff at Estridge advised and helped us throughout the process making it seamless. Was the process perfect? Of course not. I think that would be impossible.. But despite Covid, we navigated the process successfully and are now in our new home. I told Sarah, "I don't like our new home; I absolutely love it!"
