Very pleased! My husband and I had a great experience with our build. From the very beginning Josh and Jim were just the nicest most genuine people to work with. Throughout the process they were always very responsive and attentive. As a smaller company it was a very personal experience and we always dealt directly with the people who were on site quickly and easily. Brandon was also more than helpful when we had a small issue that needed quick attention after the build was complete. We are very pleased with the quality of our home and how it turned out. May 25 2020Amazing Experience-Exceeded Expectations! Just moved into my new house built by True Living Custom Homes. I interviewed 4 home builders and selected True Living for the project. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. This company is built on honesty and integrity, which is a rare quality to find and their product was everything I was hoping for. Josh McConnell is a smart and talented builder. He listened to our goals and lead us through their in house design and architecture experience. Their standard features were upgrades to other builders and True Living has the ability to deliver and meet your expectations no matter the challenge or detail. Our project manager Brandon is extremely knowledgeable, hard working and one of the best custom home builders I have ever met. He treats the property like it is his own home until they hand over the keys. During my initial call I spoke with Jim and discussed the scope of my build, budget and want list. He made himself available throughout the project and was there for any question or concern that came up. If you are interested in building a home, give this company a call. Go meet with Josh and Jim. I highly recommend them.Update July 2 2020We've been in our True Living Custom Home for a little over a month and wanted to provide some feedback to prospective customers. It's been over 90 degrees recently and we've been extremely happy with how comfortable the inside of the house feels. True Living has a crew come prior to insulation and they spend hours caulking between every stud and joint. They spray foamed every possible air leak and only then insulate with a high-end wall and ceiling insulation application. The HVAC is a dual zone TRANE brand system that draws in fresh air since the structure is so air tight. The temperature between the first and second floors is completely adjustable, yet we have a large two story great room and the upstairs does not get hot or hard to control. We are also pleased with the consistency between rooms. It's a quality you feel living in the space and it was very noticeable coming from our previous home.
I met the guy at my property. Gave him my ideas. He took some of my papers. Then I never heard back from him. Emailed him again. To see if he had some plans that matched up with mine. No reply. Finding someone else.I finally got an email back. Much appreciated. He gave me some numbers. He had a medical situation.Life happens. I understand. I will change my review. I can't give a total 5 stars. Because I don't know of their work. So I will leave that up to people they've done houses for. They look beautiful online.
