Brown Haven Homes

Today we met with Nicole who drove over four hours to meet with us at the Chattanooga design office. She provided us with the design catalog about a week ago and we had enough time to pick out our finishes before our appointment. We arrived a little bit before our scheduled time and she took us right in. We were in and out in just 3 hours picking with our finishes and we are very excited with what we ended up with. Moving onto the next step !!

Working with the Brown Haven team was a pleasure. They are a professional group with phenomenal experience, energy, and dedication to craft. Blakley at the design center was a godsend in helping us through design decisions. Patrick was a pleasure to work with in starting the process and the build team kept us informed and up to date on the process.

Blakely and Patrick are a power couple in Chattanooga, TN for whom we are thankful to have found. They are kind, thoughtful, patient and extremely helpful!! They think outside the box and go above and beyond to assist in building your dream home. During our design process, one of our parents passed away. They were very quick to rearrange schedules to accommodate anything we needed and sent the most beautiful flowers in support of our loss. If you are looking for a top-notch builder to build your home, whose employees actually care if you’re happy, there’s no other place to go except Brown Haven Homes in Chattanooga, TN.

We have just completed our selections phase in building a Cedar Cliff with Brown Haven Homes, Chattanooga TN. There are not enough words to describe how awesome the process has been so far. Patrick, our new home specialist was fantastic! Knowledgeable, communicative, kind and so helpful in the initial phases of deciding which floor plan was best for us. It is evident that he enjoys his work and I really felt like he wanted to make sure that we got we wanted in a home??. Shortly after, we met the build crew at the site eval and Caleb, Isiah and Jeremiah were so great! I went in to the idea of building our own home with a lot of trepidation, but the BH team eliminated all of those concerns and allowed me to just embrace and enjoy the process! As they staked out the house on our property, I had tears of joy as their communication helped me actually see it! I have been so excited and so confident in their process that I can hardly stand it! Then we moved in to the selection phase which I honestly thought was going to be really painful. The minute I met Blakely, our design specialist, I knew we were right where we were supposed to be. She is so good at what she does. Her input and design choices, steering us in the right direction throughout the day and honest feedback based on her experience have helped create what will definitely be my dream house and forever home. Her enthusiasm is contagious! Her attention to detail, design and color coordination will forever be evident in my new home and I know that I will continue to think of the Brown Haven Home Chattanooga team as we start building life memories in this new space! Thank you guys so very much! Annie Dutton

Just closed on our Brown Haven home on December 4th— and we are SO excited! From the moment we reached out to Brown Haven Homes Chattanooga in June, we knew we were in good hands. We had a clear budget and a tight timeline, and Ethan, our new home specialist, was not only incredibly enthusiastic but also genuinely reassuring. He made us feel confident that they could help us get into a beautiful custom home by the end of the year, and they wasted no time getting to work. After a site visit, we signed on the spot, and things moved quickly from there. Every step of the way, the entire team was a pleasure to work with. They were approachable, kind, and most importantly, incredibly knowledgeable. We were particularly impressed by how they worked tirelessly to ensure we stayed within budget—something that was very important to us. The best part? Once we signed our contract, the price was locked in. That guarantee gave us peace of mind and really set Brown Haven apart. Blakely, an Experience Leader with the Chattanooga office, was a standout throughout the process, especially when it came to choosing our interior and exterior designs. She has such a great eye for design and was there to guide us, offering thoughtful advice and making sure everything looked perfect. Her expertise was invaluable, and we were so grateful to have her support in making our home truly beautiful. It’s clear that the team at Brown Haven Homes are all as knowledgeable as Ethan and Blakely—everyone we worked with was dedicated to making our experience seamless. The communication was also fantastic. We felt informed every step of the way, especially with the weekly updates from our Construction Manager, Bryce. As first-time homebuilders, we had no idea what to expect, but the transparency and regular updates he provided helped us feel at ease throughout the process. Bryce was always responsive and eager to address any questions we had, taking the time to explain everything in detail and ensure we understood the reasoning behind each decision. His thorough preparation and ability to adjust priorities kept our project on track and often ahead of schedule. It’s clear that Brown Haven Homes is a people-first company. From the exceptional quality of the build to their genuine care for us as clients, they made this experience so much better than we ever anticipated. We love our new home and would wholeheartedly recommend Brown Haven Homes to anyone looking to build. They’re affordable, incredibly easy to work with, and truly put their clients first. We couldn’t be happier with our decision!
