Today we met with Nicole who drove over four hours to meet with us at the Chattanooga design office. She provided us with the design catalog about a week ago and we had enough time to pick out our finishes before our appointment. We arrived a little bit before our scheduled time and she took us right in. We were in and out in just 3 hours picking with our finishes and we are very excited with what we ended up with. Moving onto the next step !!

We have just completed our selections phase in building a Cedar Cliff with Brown Haven Homes, Chattanooga TN. There are not enough words to describe how awesome the process has been so far. Patrick, our new home specialist was fantastic! Knowledgeable, communicative, kind and so helpful in the initial phases of deciding which floor plan was best for us. It is evident that he enjoys his work and I really felt like he wanted to make sure that we got we wanted in a home??. Shortly after, we met the build crew at the site eval and Caleb, Isiah and Jeremiah were so great! I went in to the idea of building our own home with a lot of trepidation, but the BH team eliminated all of those concerns and allowed me to just embrace and enjoy the process! As they staked out the house on our property, I had tears of joy as their communication helped me actually see it! I have been so excited and so confident in their process that I can hardly stand it! Then we moved in to the selection phase which I honestly thought was going to be really painful. The minute I met Blakely, our design specialist, I knew we were right where we were supposed to be. She is so good at what she does. Her input and design choices, steering us in the right direction throughout the day and honest feedback based on her experience have helped create what will definitely be my dream house and forever home. Her enthusiasm is contagious! Her attention to detail, design and color coordination will forever be evident in my new home and I know that I will continue to think of the Brown Haven Home Chattanooga team as we start building life memories in this new space!
