Gus and his team have been an absolute pleasure to work with and they are tremendously skilled and dependable! They did an outstanding job building on our home and accommodate changes when required. I couldn’t recommend G.T Issa more highly!!! We are very grateful to Gus, Emily and the rest of the team for all they’ve done. I will 100% use them again if I decide on building a house.

I have been a Realtor for many years and I have sold some of Gus Issa’s new builds. I feel he builds a quality home. I have through the years felt free to call him if I had a question and he always makes himself available. I appreciate his professionalism!

I've lived in my own custom home from GT Issa and been inside many GT Issa Premier Homes. From design to quality materials to building timelines and trustworthy contractors, they truly are the best!

Brett Smalley

Gus and his team are great! We love their homes and he built my wife and our family a beautiful home in Hixson several years ago. They have top of the line finishes and provide exceptional attention to detail!

Kaleigh Woodring

BUYERS BEWARE! Beautiful homes but poor construction/installation. Great at cutting corners if that is what you desire for you and your family. Numerous others with similar experiences including bathroom leaks. Improper shower pan installation and mounting tile to insulation resulting in a lengthy, slow leak, black mold, damage to joists, sub flooring, etc. We are fortunate the glass and shower pan did not fall.
