We moved into our home in 2020. We loved the design and layout, but since we moved in we’ve had so many issues. A new home shouldn’t need so much work close after moving in, but we have had leaks, A/C, and electrical issues that have been costly to fix. During the warranty period things were addressed, but obviously anything after that has been out of pocket. We have been told so many times that it was due to poor quality work and people will point things out that we’re not done right. I hope the contractors this builder now uses are much better. This is the 3rd new construction I have lived in, and never have there been so many issues.
