Black Oak Homes, Inc

I've visited numerous Parade of Homes and open houses throughout the Western Slope of Colorado, and having recently moved to Southeast Colorado, I can confidently say that Black Oak Homes stands out. The level of attention to detail and the quality of their craftsmanship is evident in every single home you walk through. From thoughtful layouts to the finishes that make a house feel like home, Black Oak Homes truly sets the bar high. I’m excited to see what they continue to bring to the community!

We are so pleased with our experience working with Black Oak Homes. From the very beginning, they have been professional, attentive, and committed to making sure we were happy with our home. Anytime we’ve had a question or needed clarification, they have been quick to respond and have even come out to the house right away to take care of things personally. It has given us great peace of mind knowing we chose a builder who stands behind their work and truly cares about their homeowners. We couldn’t be happier with our new home and the level of service we’ve received. Highly recommend!

Black Oak Homes sets an industry benchmark with their exceptional standards! I am truly honored to be associated with Black Oak Homes. They seamlessly combine luxury and quality, offering high-end standard features that other builders often charge extra for. What truly distinguishes Black Oak Homes is their unwavering commitment to customer service, craftsmanship, and a real passion to build incredible homes. If you're looking for a custom home builder, I highly recommend Black Oak Homes.

My husband and I chose Black Oak Homes as our first home builder because of their quality and value. When we had our first appointment to see a Black Oak Homes with Akeen who is the owner. Their team greeted us and had exceptional customer service. We didn’t make a decision right away but something kept telling us to come back. So we did and that’s when we started our journey in building our new home. We always have so many questions and Erika is always available to answer them even on her days off. Larry our builder is great too. He is honest and makes sure that everything gets completed the right way. I have been recommending Black Oak Homes to many friends and family but even more because of Akeem, Erika and Larry. Thank you for all you have done for us.

They far exceeded our expectations in both. Their design selections, craftsmanship, and attention to detail are truly remarkable. Additionally, working with them through the build process was stress free, with no surprises, and any of my client changes were met with enthusiasm and strong partnership. All their crews shared their passion for putting out a great product, very professional and very skilled. My client agent Erika of Black Oak Homes is one of the best agents I have ever worked with.
