We had a fantastic experience with Grandview Custom Homes, Kyle Rhoades, Eric and Tanner. Their professionalism, communication and attention to detail were outstanding from start to finish. Our main project was transforming a dated corner slate fireplace into a curved, modern stone centerpiece- and it turned out stunning! It is now the focal point of our home, and everyone who see it comments on how unique it is. Because this was a completely new design, Kyle and the team worked closely with us, talking through options and checking in throughout the build to make sure everything was done right. They didn't overpromise - they collaborated, problem solved and delivered a result that exceeds our expectations. Kyle was always willing to coordinate with and work around other contractors we had in. Communication was consistent and reliable. Every trades person Grandview uses was skilled, respectful and kept the workplace clean. We've recommended Grandview Custom Homes to others and would absolutely use them again. Highly recommend!

We started working with Kyle and the Grandview Custom Homes in early 2025. Kyle was straight forward, friendly and honest. We ended up ditching the plans for a remodel on our existing home and instead purchased a new-to-us home. We enjoyed working with Kyle so much - he was our first call before we even closed on the house. His team got started right away on building out a custom theater in our basement and it turned out awesome. There are bumps along any road during a project - some are big - some are small. Having a GC and team that helps navigate those bumps and gets you to the finished product is key. Grandview Custom Homes and Kyle got us to the end!

Some companies need fake reviews to justify their performance. Not Kyle. Dude has great communication skills and he actually has listening skills too. I live out of state and he and his crew did the work, completed it, and also sent me useful progress photos and completion photos. He also responded to needs coming from my insurance, since I was dealing with a damage claim as well. He was a rock star of a general contractor for me and if you don't hire Kyle and/or this company, I probably will again. My house looks amazing, 11/10, thanks Kyle!.

I’m more than happy to share my experience regarding Grandvuew Custom Homes. Kyle gave us some great examples of things we could do to the home and save money but still restore the home back to a better state. I appreciate all the hard work that he did for us, and would recommend him for renovation needs

I hired Grandview for exterior renovations including siding, windows, front door and front porch. Kyle and his crew helped to make my older home look almost brand new. In addition to competitive pricing, Kyle offered great suggestions for lowering the cost. Working with Kyle and his crew was a pleasant experience.
