We wanted to drop you a quick note to tell you how pleased we are with the purchase of our Vanguard paired home in Revel Terrace. When we began the process of choosing a new home, we knew we wanted a convenient location in a planned community. We also wanted a no maintenance yard with beautiful views of the front range. We ultimately chose Vanguard and the Revel Terrace neighborhood due to the quality of workmanship and choice of floor plans. Your team was so easy to work with during the design process and the quality of the home is outstanding. We couldn’t be more pleased with our decision to build with Vanguard. Our neighbors are wonderful and even though our home is paired, the soundproofing between the homes is so efficient that there is absolutely no sound heard by either side. I absolutely love this company. It’s arguably the best building company in the Springs. I have recently purchased a house built by Vanguard and I really love it. It’s not just a house. It’s a home.
