Compass Homes

We love our Compass Home!  They made the whole design process very straightforward and gave us excellent direction.  We appreciated the care they took in every step of the building process.  Compass has a team of people who are simply great to work with...they are knowledgeable, caring and hard-working.  A few people who were particularly outstanding include Sean, Pamela, Tiffany, Chad, and Dave.  And of course, Mark, the owner, is amazing.  We think very highly of him and thoroughly enjoyed working with him.  It's important to get advice from someone you trust. Building a house was a new experience for us but it went very smoothly and we are so happy we did it.

Compass Homes always has the most beautiful homes at the Parade of Homes! I sure hope they have one at this year’s parade. And I love their pop up models in Upper Arlington too. I love to visit them when I’m in the Columbus area. Their house on Oldham is absolutely gorgeous and I can hardly wait until they have their next pop up model open! ?? I saw this sink in one of their houses, I toured with a sales person and I am still trying to find someone to replicate it in my house!!!

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the unique experience I had with Compass Homes. I am particularly thankful to the owner, Mark Braunsdorf, who reached out to me to facilitate this deal. My clients, who were transitioning from Florida back to Ohio, previously lived in a Compass home. When they discovered this particular Compass home listed for sale, it felt to them like returning home. Initially, our offer on the property did not go as planned. However, Mark contacted me and assured me that we would make the deal work. I cannot emphasize enough how many individuals from Compass Homes collaborated to ensure that this transaction was successful for my clients. The level of communication was consistently excellent, with all questions answered promptly and every request addressed in a timely manner. Overall, this experience was remarkable. I am extremely grateful for Mark’s initiative and for the opportunity my clients had to acquire their Compass home.

It's not often that we have the opportunity to review a client; usually, it's the other way around. Providing staging services for Compass Homes has been wonderful. A big, special thank you to Pamela from their team, who maintained communication, delivered the house in perfect condition for staging, and guided us on what the owner was expecting. This led to exceptional work and a CASH OFFER for the home. PERFECT OUTCOME. Regarding the property, I can say that they pay attention to detail and design exceptional homes. Not often do building companies deliver the craftsmanship I saw in this property. It's no surprise it sold fast. Thank you, Compass Homes, for being amazing clients.
