We love our Compass Home! They made the whole design process very straightforward and gave us excellent direction. We appreciated the care they took in every step of the building process. Compass has a team of people who are simply great to work with...they are knowledgeable, caring and hard-working. A few people who were particularly outstanding include Sean, Pamela, Tiffany, Chad, and Dave. And of course, Mark, the owner, is amazing. We think very highly of him and thoroughly enjoyed working with him. It's important to get advice from someone you trust. Building a house was a new experience for us but it went very smoothly and we are so happy we did it.
I would not recommend using Compass. I was a first time home builder with Compass and had several unresolved issues that I will be paying someone else to fix. Please contact me if you would like further details or a tour of the issues.
Compass Homes always has the most beautiful homes at the Parade of Homes! I sure hope they have one at this year’s parade. And I love their pop up models in Upper Arlington too. I love to visit them when I’m in the Columbus area. Their house on Oldham is absolutely gorgeous and I can hardly wait until they have their next pop up model open! ?? I saw this sink in one of their houses, I toured with a sales person and I am still trying to find someone to replicate it in my house!!!
