In general, Heller Homes builds a wonderful home. Our project manager, Sean, was responsive and patient. The home quality is generally good with some imperfections mainly in window trim seals and some minor exterior siding. We did not give a 5 star review for two reasons: one, the responsiveness for the 30-day list of fixes has been very slow and two, we were not given the option of sod or seed when the lawn was installed. Heller Homes that have not sold yet were accommodated with plenty of sprinklers and hoses to establish the lawn, but even after purchasing our home before it was built, we were not provided the same privilege. We are, however, happy with our home and we do believe Heller is one of the better builders in the area.

Building a new home with Heller Homes while living in another state across the country was a fantastic process. We recently moved into our new home built by Heller Homes and we could not be happier! We lived very close to our new home while it was being built so we were able to stop by regularly to see the progress. Every single person we interacted with during the build from Harrison Heller & Sean (the PM on our build), to the contractors - EVERY person was top notch and extremely easy to talk to and work with. We built two previous homes with a different, large national builder and both builds were brutal. The experience with Heller Homes was completely different. Being a local builder, Heller's customer service is great, we highly recommend them!
