Our journey started last spring (2025). We were never interested in building. We started our house-buying process, scheduled some walk-throughs, and went to a few open houses when we came across a newer build, by Kiracofe, and fell in love with the layout, but not the location and it was not comfortably within our budget.So we did some research and scheduled a meeting with Kiracofe.They were ready with the layout of the house we had been in and, together, we were all able to make changes to make the home our own and within budget, even adding some sq footage and an additional 1/2 bathroom.Throughout the process we had clear and positive communications with the team at Kiracofe, including Tina Stuckey and JR Wells.All of our questions were answered quickly, problems were handled responsibly and we always felt like we, and our new home, were treated with respect.We would highly recommend Kiracofe and we would call them first if we were ever choosing to build again.If you prefer a smooth process and to end up in an amazing home then you should also call Kiracofe and see how they can make your dream home come to life.
We are extremely pleased with our Kiracofe home. They made the whole experience and process of choosing our wants and needs stress free. From making little changes to big ones Dylan was great to work with and was always up front about any concerns and costs. I valued his honesty and commitment to making our dream home just what we envisioned. Chad was a great project manager, always keeping us informed, up to date and always available to address any worries or concerns we had since it was our first time building experience. Partnering with Kiracofe Homes to build our dream home was an incredibly positive experience for us, and we could not be more pleased with our custom-built home! We were fortunate enough to meet Erin Poiry (who made a fabulous first impression!) at an open house in mid-January. Honestly, we had never thought about building our own home before speaking with Erin that day. We researched several Kiracofe Homes ranch floor plans, chose one that spoke to us, and proceeded to customize that floor plan to meet our wants and needs. We thoroughly enjoyed the selection/design process of customizing our home. High on our list were an oversized Butler’s pantry, an enormous walk-in master closet with an island, and a spacious spa-like master bathroom! The team understood our vision, and every idea and upgrade that we requested was met with great enthusiasm. From that initial design meeting to the final walk-through, the entire process was smooth, professional, and seamless. There was always open communication among Dylan, JR, Erin, and us, and not only did Kiracofe Homes address every concern we had immediately, but they always went above and beyond to address those concerns. We drove by the house almost daily, and we knew at a glance from the Builders Trend app exactly what was happening at the property each day. Kiracofe Homes uses highly skilled subcontractors who provide quality workmanship, they use high-end building materials/products in their homes, they take tremendous pride in delivering an exceptional home, and they even finished building our custom home ahead of schedule. We feel that Kiracofe Homes was extremely professional and dependable throughout the entire building process. For these reasons and many more, we would recommend without reservation that anyone entertaining the thought of building a new home choose Kiracofe Homes. This is the 3rd house we have had built, and the first time with Kiracofe. We toured an open house but didn’t know anything about the builder, but took a chance anyways. This experience was so different than the other builds. Everything that was an expensive upgrade with the other builders was standard at Kiracofe, and the detailed questions they asked during the process assured me we were going to get everything just the way we wanted. Chad was always available to answer questions and to make sure we were happy with the progress, and at the end, Gunner and Dustin made sure it was all finished up perfectly. In addition, the people they hired to complete each step, like the woodworking guys, were of the highest quality. I would not hesitate to recommend Kiracofe; their quality and attention to detail is unmatched and something I haven’t seen in the other 2 builders we used in the past.
After owning multiple homes and relocating we knew what amenities we wanted in a home. You always hear of horror stories, long delays, and over promised completion dates during the home building process - but Kiracofe defies all these stereotypes and so much more.When we met with Dylan we knew we wanted to tweak a few things to the layout of the home we chose. Dylan went above and beyond to not only bring our vision for a large covered patio, reconfigure the layout of the kitchen, and to add a large custom walk in pantry - to life. But he took it a step further and added details that truly elevated the concept to the highest level. From floor to ceiling pantry shelving to a sliding glass pocket pantry door- he understood our wishes and brought them to reality.We worked closely with Chad and Dustin throughout the process and the final touches before closing. They were highly professional, provided top notch communication and followed through with everything they said they would! We also had the chance to interact with various contractor workers throughout the building process and everyone we met was friendly, answered our questions and takes pride in their craftsmanship.Kiracofe Homes is rooted in communication, customer service & client satisfaction -and it shows!
