I purchased a home from Highland Homes, and I’m extremely satisfied with my experience. Even after we received the keys and completed all the paperwork, their support has continued. It has been almost a month since closing, and whenever I notice any issue in the house, their team especially Todd and Travis responds quickly and fixes it right away.I highly recommend Highland Homes. I tell everyone that before purchasing a house, make sure you choose a great builder and Highland Homes is definitely one of them.

**One year of living in a Highland Homes house**I had a great experience purchasing and constructing the home with Highland. However, after moving in we started finding problems. The builder who oversaw the construction missed a lot of things and wasn't properly addressing our concerns. Then all of a sudden the builder stopped responding to my messages completely. I waited a month and out of frustration tried to get hold of someone in warranty department. That's when I was put in touch with the warranty manager, Dickie Combs.From the moment Dickie walked in, he was so understanding and attentive to my concerns as though it was his home. Dickie scheduled his manger, Chris Koch, and area manager, Jason Cobb, to visit the home as well who both assured that all the problems will be taken care of. Over the last five months, Dickie has checked off most of the outstanding repair items. But what's extraordinary is how much empathy Chris and Dickie have shown for the things that are important to my wife and me.I had soured on Highland after moving into the house but Chris and Dickie have restored my faith in the company. They truly are assets to their employer.
We love living here and love the location of The Grove!!
