The warranty service is excellent. They were very responsive and took care of our reported issues thoroughly. They managed communications between different contractors and providers well and coordinated all moving pieces thoughtfully. Special shoutout to our warranty manager Henry who made multiple visits to our home during the repairs and made sure everything was fixed properly.

All the other builders in and around Dallas, please see how the vent hood is installed (Upside down) at our John R Landon executive series home. We highly encourage your responses and comments. Landon people are arguing this is the right way of installing a vent hood.Mr. John R Landon himself doesn’t care about his brand image anymore. I request Mr. Landon to come out from the shadows, meet your customers and visit their homes to see how they feel about your quality of work.
