Landon Homes at Lexington is in a prime location with a great community .All the major stores are easily accessible, and it’s in a good school district. The warranty team, especially Thomas, is great and very responsive.However, there are a few drawbacks, the price is on the higher side, and the design between homes limits privacy in the living areas.Overall, it’s a beautiful and well-connected neighborhood with a few design aspects that could be improved
Thomas Rios did our homeowners orientation and he went above and beyond to give us all of the information, tips, tricks and advice that a new homeowner needs to make sure they’re doing their part to responsibly and safely care for their investment. He made sure that we knew how to always contact him and you really felt like you have your own live-in Super (I’m a New Yorker - we have Supers).
Thomas was great! He made sure everything was perfect in our new home.
