The sales, warranty, and builder team were amazing to work with. This is our 4th house now, and it has been the best experience by far. Ashley and Juan were very helpful, honest, open, and willing to help us get the best sales experience possible Throwing in as many amenities and upgrades as they could get approval for. Christian (construction manager) is a super nice guy. Quick to respond to any concerns we had, and willing to work with us on any issues that arose. And last, but certainly not least, Clint the warranty manager. One of the nicest, funniest guys I've met. Listened to all our warranty questions and issues with patience and kindness. Went above and beyond on helping us get things addressed as much as he could, and even helped me adjust the height rod on the dining room lights. These are the kinds of people you want in charge of buying and maintaining a house. Landon has a great team here. Can't say enough nice things about them.

I visited the Lexington community with several of my clients and toured the models. We met the sales manager Ayse. She was very helpful. She patiently answered all our questions and we were impressed with her knowledge. It is apparent she has been building homes for a long time. The homes are beautiful and it is a good location in Frisco.
Writing this review for the Impression series sales team. Ashley and Ayse has been fabulous sales team to work with. Ashley and Ayse's knowledge and detail to precision and guidance pointing out what might work and what might not is amazing. They helped make this experience so enjoyable. Love the transparency and passion they have towards their work. Also special mention to George for always there to answer questions whenever we stopped by the sales office.
I bought a duet and during the 1 year warranty period, I noticed some minor problems that arose. The warranty team Vickie, Thomas and Alison are very responsive and made sure to address my issues right away. I really appreciate that. Thomas was even kind enough to to my 2nd property at Lexington Country as a courtesy and help me with my sprinkler system there.And of course, Kudos to dear Teresa (sales team) for all your efforts in making this home a reality for me. I can never forget that.Thank you Landon team for going above and beyond!
