Tanya and her team are the best. Professional, efficient and honest. Landon builds great homes but what really impressed me was the service after the sale. Regular updates from the sales team and the construction crew - even sending photos of each stage of the build. They want their clients to be impressed so they will tell a friend. I'm impressed...and telling lots of friends!
I don't know how they call it single family home when the garages are adjoined. Also, $2100 HOA doesn't make any sense. They don't even have any amenities yet, and the new 37s are built way too far from a proposed amenity center.
