Working with Matt and Distinctive Builders made the building experience rewarding and fun. From our first meeting, Matt brought the project to life immediately. He sent preliminary drawings within a day or two, followed by architectural drawings and detailed cabinet and millwork sketches. And the quality of millwork in his homes is at a level not commonly seen in this area. No design idea was too complicated or overwhelming for Matt or his subcontractors. His homes are anything but cookie cutter Florida builds. Besides the attention to detail and build quality, Matt brings a creative eye for interior design. He is not afraid to roll up his sleeves and do whatever job is required to keep the project moving. Not only did Distinctive Builders finish the project on time so that we could enjoy the holidays in our amazing new home, but Matt made the entire process fun and exciting, from planning to selecting finishes to landscape design.
