Cleared five hours of my time to wait for them to replace my window. Apparently they "forgot" I was on their schedule and never came. They did nothing to compensate for it and would not admit fault. Now Im waiting another four days and waste an entire day waiting for them to show up when it shouldn't have been a problem in the first place
