Paragon built my house about five years ago. We’ve been delighted with the build quality and the responsiveness to issues when they come up. We recently had a problem with the deck, and we had it extended when the house was being built. I made them aware of the situation, to my astonishment. They came out the following day to diagnose the issue, and then the next day, they came out and fixed it at great expense. All of this was on warranty. We built our house in 2019 with Todd and Paragon Custom Homes, and we just completed an addition to the rest of our finished basement in 2024. In total, we have known and worked with the members of this company for over 5 years, and I cannot recommend them enough.

Todd, Chris, and Matt work tirelessly on the details and I honestly do not know how they keep track of everything. Little things done well over and over again results in an unbelievable outcome. They will customize just about anything to your desires, and will offer advice based on their expertise if your dreams are outside of your budget.
