Reviews
What customers say
Positive accounts highlight flexibility with custom requests: one homeowner praised Justin’s availability and last-minute changes, while another said buyers’ pre-closing customization requests were met. There are also complaints about incomplete work and follow-up: one homeowner reported an unfinished porch and bathroom wall, an oven repair, a microwave replacement, and circuits that needed frequent resetting; another said the blue-tape list remained incomplete nearly a month after closing and reported a lack of response.

Okay I wrote a long review of my process with Cameo on their Facebook page. If you want to know how I feel about Cameo go to their page and see what I had to say. You won't be disappointed in what they can do for you and your custom home.

We just recently closed on our forever home by Cameo Premier Homes. We love it! Justin was wonderful through the whole process. He was always available to answer questions and made several last minute changes happen for us. The team was really wonderful to work with and the sub contractors were amazing. We can't wait to spend many years enjoying our new home!

Not a great experience. We bought our house about 2.5 years ago. We saw houses being built around us that still had for sale signs when we signed the papers for our house, yet their houses were complete months and months ahead of us. We have had to have the oven repaired, microwave replaced and the stove has to be prepared. The outside porch was never completed and one of my bathroom walls were never finished. The accent lights outside stop working and the circuits in the house have to be frequently reset. I absolutely would not recommend anyone having to go through what we had to go through.
